NOTICE: Any station other than those shown on the current Route 66 On the Air Certificate Application are not authorized Route 66 On the Air stations and will not be recognized for Certificate purposes.

This certificate is available if at least ONE special event station or a mobile station signing "mobile 66" or "/m66" is worked!
This certificate will be endorsed for:
Each special event station worked (18 special event stations and 1 mobile
station all together) for a total of 19 stations
Working at least one (1) "mobile 66" station (any station operating on
Route 66 and signing "mobile 66" or "/m66" after their call
sign)
Working at least one (1) special event club local VHF/UHF repeater
The operating modes used (up to (4) modes; CW, Phone, Digital, and Mobile)
If you would like a certificate, please send $4.00 (cash, check, or money order)

NOTE: US funds ONLY ...Out of Country DX stations may send 4 IRC's,

Please write "ROUTE 66 CERTIFICATE REQUEST" on the front of the envelope, allow several weeks to process your application.
Certificate envelopes and postage are provided by the Citrus Belt Amateur Radio Club.

If one of the participating event stations was signing as a "mobile" station and you you would like credit for that station as a mobile please denote this in the margin of the application or on the back of the application before sending it in.
