Additional QSL Information
The affiliated stations will issue their own QSL card commemorating the event
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:
- You must send a separate request along with your QSL and a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) to each of the special event stations that you worked. DO NOT SEND QSL CARDS FOR OTHER STATION TO THE EVENT HOST. If an SASE is NOT included, it will be at the discretion of each affiliated station whether or not to send their QSL card out due to cost of postage and the high volume of QSL requests.
- DO NOT include your QSL card with your certificate application. QSL card request must be mailed SEPERATELY.
- Independent stations operating as "mobile 66" may issue QSL cards at their discretion, ask them on the air for any QSL information.
- The event host, Citrus Belt Amateur Radio Club, is NOT a QSL bureau and WILL NOT forward QSL cards to the affiliated stations NO EXCEPTIONS.
- DO NOT use a QSL bureau within the US due to delays in the bureau forwarding the cards, just send them directly to the station you are requesting a card from. QSL bureaus can sometimes take months to forward the cards to the correct address.
